Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
Generate leads and follow up on potential prospects.
Maintain call logs, update CRM/sheets, and track daily performance.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
Assist in converting leads into sales (if sales-based role).
Build strong rapport with customers and handle queries professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Good communication skills in
Hindi/English
(other regional languages are a plus).
Confident, persuasive, and positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior telecalling or telesales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
