Telecalling Executive

plays a vital role in managing customer inquiries, generating leads, conducting follow-up calls, and assisting the sales team in converting prospects into clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to present Aouraa Production's services confidently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Client Communication

Make outbound calls to prospective clients who have enquired through social media, website, events, referrals, or partner venues. Handle inbound calls professionally, providing accurate information about our wedding planning and decor services. Understand client requirements, wedding dates, budgets, and preferences to pass detailed information to the sales team. Maintain polite, positive, and customer?centric communication at all times.

Database Management & Reporting

Maintain and update lead information in the CRM or lead tracking sheet. Track daily call logs, follow-ups, and lead status updates. Generate weekly reports on lead conversion progress and call performance.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

1-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer care, hospitality, or sales support. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi. Strong listening ability and a friendly, confident phone presence. Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business). Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet calling targets. Positive attitude, patience, and excellent customer service mindset.
