Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) listed on IndiaMART.
Explain IndiaMART's B2B services and premium subscription plans to business owners.
Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.
Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with clients.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and sales closures.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM tools.
Handle objections professionally and close deals over the phone.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in telesales and target-driven work environment.
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
Familiarity with IndiaMART platform is a plus.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Qualifications:
Any Steam in Graduation preferred.
Prior experience in telesales/BPO/B2B sales will be an advantage.
