Job Description

As a

Telecaller

for our Skin Department, you will be the voice of our practice. Your primary goal is to

connect with potential and existing clients, educate them on our services (like facials, laser treatments, chemical peels, etc.), and efficiently schedule appointments

for consultations and treatments. This role is a perfect blend of customer service, sales, and administrative support.

Responsibilities:



Inbound & Outbound Calling:

Handle a high volume of calls to schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments for various skin treatments and consultations.

Client Education:

Clearly articulate the benefits and processes of our skin care services and aesthetic procedures to prospective clients.

Lead Management:

Follow up on warm leads generated through our website, social media, or other marketing efforts to convert inquiries into booked appointments.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Accurately log all client interactions, update records, and maintain a detailed database.

Achieve Targets:

Work towards and exceed daily/weekly/monthly appointment booking and follow-up targets.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,690.21 - ₹30,740.85 per month

Work Location: In person
