Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer relationships. Tracking customer interactions and feedback. Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Preparing reports and analyzing customer data to identify areas for improvement. Assisting with sales and marketing efforts, such as promoting new products or services. Providing feedback to management on customer needs and preferences. Monitoring competitor activities and identifying opportunities for improvement. Handling outbound calls to generate leads and build relationships. Managing and scheduling appointments.
