Telecalling Executive - Travel Sales
to help us connect with potential agents and customers, build strong relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and travel agents to promote our services.
Present customized travel itineraries and explain package details, inclusions, and pricing.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable domestic or international packages.
Follow up on leads regularly to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, calls, and sales activities.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Consistently achieve daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to overall sales performance.
Requirements
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales (travel industry preferred).
Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive and customer-friendly approach.
Basic knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and itineraries is an advantage.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a positive, motivated attitude.
Organized, self-driven, and capable of managing leads effectively.
