We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Telecaller & Meeting Coordinator to support our client communication and internal sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling initial calls, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales team.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct and schedule virtual meetings using platforms like Google Meet, Zoom, etc.
Coordinate with the sales team and manage their meeting calendars efficiently.
Handle initial phone or virtual interactions with clients to understand their requirements and ensure a smooth communication flow to the sales team.
Maintain detailed records of meetings, follow-ups, discussions, and client feedback.
Perform basic lead tracking and analytics to monitor meeting outcomes and team performance.
Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure timely responses and action items are completed.
Support the sales team in preparing basic reports, presentations, and meeting summaries.
REQUIREMENTS:
Good communication skills in English.
Any degree qualified Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Meet, Calendar, Sheets, Docs).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Basic understanding of lead management or CRM tools is a plus.
Prior experience in tele calling, client coordination, or a similar role is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
