Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote Ecoste's product range (WPC boards, doors, panels, etc.)
Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information about product specifications and benefits
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email
Maintain and update customer database/CRM regularly
Work closely with the field sales and business development teams
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Handle basic customer queries and redirect technical queries to the concerned team
Share quotations and documentation when needed
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred
0-2 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / inside sales
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
Confident and polite telephone etiquette
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp Web, etc.)
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Prior experience in the building material/interior/design industry will be an added advantage
