Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Telecalling & Lead Generation
Make outbound calls to warm leads from the CRM system.
Introduce Holiday Merchants' travel services and offerings.
Identify client needs and qualify queries for the sales team.
Email Management & Follow-ups
Handle daily email communication with prospective clients.
Share relevant brochures, itineraries, and company profiles.
Follow up via email and ensure timely responses.
CRM Data Handling
Update and maintain client interactions in the CRM system.
Ensure call logs, remarks, and next action steps are accurately recorded.
Coordination with Sales Team
Pass qualified leads to the respective sales managers.
Schedule callbacks and appointments when needed.
Performance & Reporting
Meet daily/weekly call and email targets.
Share daily reports with supervisor.
What We're Looking For:
Freshers or 0-2 years of experience in tele calling or customer service
Good verbal and written communication in English & Hindi
Basic knowledge of email handling and MS Office
Enthusiastic, target-driven, and a team player
Travel Background if any
