Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential HVAC candidates.
Explain job roles, requirements, and company details effectively.
Pre-screen candidates for technical and role-specific fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and follow up regularly.
Support the HR/recruitment team in closing open positions promptly.
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication and people skills.
Prior experience in recruitment or telecalling is an advantage.
Understanding of HVAC roles, terminology, and trade basics preferred.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage call records efficiently.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
