Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive

Telecalling Executive

to support our

HVAC recruitment efforts

. The role involves calling and engaging with potential candidates for HVAC roles, screening for fitment, and coordinating interviews. Candidates with an HVAC background or knowledge of the industry are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential HVAC candidates. Explain job roles, requirements, and company details effectively. Pre-screen candidates for technical and role-specific fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and follow up regularly. Support the HR/recruitment team in closing open positions promptly.

Requirements:

Strong verbal communication and people skills. Prior experience in recruitment or telecalling is an advantage. Understanding of HVAC roles, terminology, and trade basics preferred. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage call records efficiently. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
