Responsibilities:
Conduct structured outbound calls to potential clients for lead generation, follow-ups, and customer relationship management.
Accurately present and promote the organization's products/services with clarity and confidence.
Maintain database of customer information.
Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle pressure and customer rejections gracefully.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
