Job Summary Position: Tele Caller Executive
- To call the leads which are received from various sources as well as cold calling.
- To make data sheet of all the calls and its status.
- To coordinate with the supervisors and take update from clients for sales closure.
- Take customer support calls and assign them to appropriate person on the team.
- Experience in Telecalling (Min 2 yrs)
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in computer operation (Internet, MS-word, MS-excel)
- Ability to work in a high energy environment
- Highly motivated and goal oriented
- Technical background experience in solar field will be additional qualification
