Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Answer and resolve customer queries

Coordinate and manage interior work activities
with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Maintain follow-ups, records,
labels, sheets, and work-related documentation
Assist in smooth day-to-day operational coordination
