We are looking for a Telegram Calling Executive who will be responsible for contacting users via Telegram calls and messages, explaining company services/products, and generating leads or conversions. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of Telegram features.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers through Telegram
Send follow-up messages and updates on Telegram
Explain products/services clearly to customers
Maintain call records and customer details
Generate leads and achieve daily/weekly targets
Handle customer queries professionally
Coordinate with the sales/support team
Requirements:
Good Hindi & basic English communication skills
