Make outbound calls to customers for loan follow-ups, reminders, and product information.
Explain financial products clearly and professionally.
Maintain customer records and update call logs in the system.
Handle customer queries politely and provide accurate information.
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.
Coordinate with sales and collection teams when required.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in telecalling (mandatory).
Experience in the
finance / NBFC sector
preferred.
Good communication skills, soft-spoken, and customer-friendly attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Motivated, disciplined, and self-driven.
