Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and motivated

Telecalling Executives

to join our sales team on a

commission-based

model. Your main role will be to contact potential customers, explain our products/services, and close sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to leads or prospects from provided databases. Pitch products/services in a clear and persuasive manner. Follow up with interested prospects to convert them into customers. Maintain records of calls and outcomes (CRM or spreadsheet). Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets. Communicate customer feedback to the team.

Requirements



Strong communication and persuasion skills (in [English / malayalam language]). Confidence and ability to handle rejections. Basic computer and mobile proficiency. Self-motivated and target-driven attitude. Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus (not mandatory).

Compensation



Commission-only

: Earn based on sales conversions. Attractive commission slabs based on performance. Potential to earn 20k per month based on effort and success.

Pay: ?2,400,000.00 per year
