The Tele Calling Executive will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls to prospective students, explaining course details, and converting leads into admissions for various programs offered by the Eurasian Institute of Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students and respond to incoming inquiries.
Explain EIM's courses, admission procedures, and career opportunities to students and parents.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
Maintain and update the student database regularly.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the admission and counseling teams to ensure smooth enrollment.
Handle basic administrative support related to admissions and reports.
Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive representation of EIM in every interaction.
Requirements:
Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (education sector preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages are an advantage).
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under targets and pressure.
