Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate details about services.
Manage
bookings and reservations
efficiently.
Maintain and update customer records in the database.
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries professionally.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Punjabi
(mandatory).
Experience in
telecalling, customer service, or handling bookings
preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools).
Confident, target-oriented, and polite in customer interactions.
