We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused

Telecalling Executives

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers over the phone.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information Maintain customer database and update records regularly Follow up on leads and convert them into sales Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional interaction Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage Strong communication and convincing skills Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is a plus
