Attend inbound and outbound calls from customers.
Explain Paras Estate's property offerings, pricing, and features clearly.
follow-up with interested clients.
Maintain customer records and update call follow-up status.
Fix appointments for site visits with the sales team.
Handle customer inquiries politely and professionally.
Support the sales team in converting leads into visits and bookings.
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory; English advantage).
Ability to convince and build rapport with customers.
Basic understanding of real estate preferred (training will be provided).
Confident, polite, and proactive personality.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Telecalling or sales experience is an added advantage.
