Roles and Responsibility

Calling potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and generate sales through them
Communicate clearly and persuasively to build rapport, engage prospects, and convey the value proposition of the product
Should be skilled in active listening, asking relevant questions, and addressing objections to effectively communicate the benefits of the offering
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organization
Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, and sales activities in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
