Position: Telecaller / Telecounsellor
Location: Motion Education Burdwan Center
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Experience Required: 2-3 years of telecalling experience (preferably in an academic/education institution)
Key Responsibilities:
Calling and counselling prospective students and parents about our courses (JEE/NEET/Foundation).
Maintaining follow-up records and converting inquiries into admissions.
Providing accurate information about batches, fees, and academic advantages.
Coordinating with the admission team and supporting centre operations.
Maintaining a professional and student-friendly communication approach.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills (Bengali, Hindi & English preferred)
Good convincing ability and confidence on calls
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM updates)
Ability to handle student/parent queries with patience and clarity
