Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Outreach:

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to identify and engage potential clients for various loans (personal, home, business).

Lead Qualification:

Understand client needs, explain loan features/benefits, and qualify leads for the sales team.

Pipeline Management:

Maintain and update lead databases (CRM) with accurate client info and interaction details.

Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed daily/monthly targets for qualified leads and appointments set.

Market Engagement:

Participate in local activities (leaflets, events) and build relationships with partners (builders, businesses) for new opportunities.

Sales Support:

Schedule appointments, handhold clients through initial stages, and ensure smooth handover to sales/disbursement teams.

Product Knowledge:

Develop deep understanding of loan products and company services.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient. Experience with CRM software (Hubspot, Pipedrive) and data tools. Understanding of sales cycles and banking products. High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Finance/Business a plus.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
