Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to U.S. consumers regarding ongoing
Mass Tort campaigns
.
Verify consumer details and check eligibility based on campaign scripts.
Accurately capture information and update the CRM/database.
Transfer/qualify leads to the next stage of the process.
Meet daily and weekly call/lead verification targets.
Ensure compliance with
process scripts, quality guidelines, and client requirements
.
Handle calls professionally while maintaining confidentiality of client data.
Requirements:
Experience in
U.S. Voice Process / Mass Tort / Legal BPO
preferred (freshers with excellent communication skills may apply).
Excellent
English communication skills
(verbal & written).
Strong listening and data-entry skills.
Ability to work in a
night shift (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM)
from office.
Familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
Target-driven, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
