Job Description

Conduct outbound calls:

Call a provided list of individuals to conduct a survey and collect data related to their lifestyle.

Follow a script:

Adhere to a pre-written survey script to ensure consistency and gather specific information from each participant.

Obtain consent:

Clearly introduce the purpose of the call and get consent before beginning the survey, adhering to all privacy and ethical guidelines.

Gather and document data:

Accurately record the responses and details of each call in a customer relationship management (CRM) system or other database.

Handle inquiries and objections:

Professionally address any questions or concerns from the call recipient and handle any objections to participating in the survey.

Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call volume targets.
