Tele- Counsellor

Experience:

Minimum 1 Year (Preferably from the Education Sector, Female Candidates Only)

Maximum 35 Years

Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about various academic programs. Provide detailed information on courses, eligibility, and admission processes. Handle inbound and outbound calls, including cold calling and timely follow-ups. Call leads to generate walk-ins and convert inquiries into admissions. Manage fee structures and program-related details. Generate references from existing students for new admissions. Maintain records of inquiries and ensure smooth admission processes. Work towards achieving individual and team admission targets.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and presentation abilities. Energetic, proactive, and target-driven. Good command of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).

Pay: ₹24,343.00 - ₹29,656.00 per month
