Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive

Telecaller Executive

to join our recruitment team. The role involves making outbound calls to job seekers and potential candidates, screening resumes, explaining job roles, and scheduling interviews with clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential job seekers from job portals, databases, and referrals. Explain job roles, company profiles, and job requirements clearly to candidates. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' interest, availability, and suitability for specific roles. Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and updates. Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate and timely information. Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job openings and candidate requirements. Handle inbound queries from job seekers and provide guidance or redirection. Meet daily and weekly calling and interview scheduling targets.

Requirements:



Minimum qualification: High School / Bachelor's Degree (preferred in any discipline). Good communication skills in English, Assamese and Hindi. Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Proficiency in using MS Office, spreadsheets, and data entry tools.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
