Make outbound calls to prospective customers for Group Loans.
Capture customer details correctly in the system / call sheets.
Follow up on leads, pending applications, and repayment reminders if assigned.
Coordinate for collections follow-ups when required.
Maintain daily call logs, lead tracker, and follow-up sheets.
