Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to students/parents from enquiry databases
Handle inbound calls related to courses, fees, and admissions
Explain course details, eligibility, duration, and benefits
Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into admissions
Schedule counseling sessions or campus visits
Maintain accurate records of calls and student details in CRM
Achieve monthly admission and follow-up targets
Address basic student and parent queries professionally
Coordinate with counselors and academic teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
12th pass / Any graduate
Experience in
education telecalling or counseling
preferred
Strong communication skills in
English & local language
Good convincing and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, email)
Student-friendly and patient approach
