We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for driving business growth by actively seeking out new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and a deep passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and attending industry events.
Sales Process Management:
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Client Presentations:
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients' needs.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate/close deals, handle complaints or objections, and manage contract negotiations.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Making
outbound calls
(cold calls, follow-ups) to potential customers to pitch products/services and generate leads or sales.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant role.
Proficiency in English; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Working to meet or
exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets
for calls, leads, sales conversions, or customer satisfaction.
Thorough understanding of sales and marketing principles.
