Explain company products and services clearly and effectively.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, ads, or referrals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead conversion.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Handle objections and provide solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
