The Telecaller is responsible for handling calls to customers, clients, or leads, providing information about products or services, generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring excellent service standards to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or walk-ins.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions or products.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Graduation and Master's Degree (mandatory).
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service
Communication:
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / Hindi / local language].
Computer Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Personality:
Confident, polite, and persuasive with good listening skills.
