The Telecaller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to generate sales, provide customer support, and maintain good relationships with clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a positive attitude toward achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
Maintain a record of calls and customer information in the CRM system.
Explain product details, offers, and pricing to customers clearly.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion.
Gather feedback from customers to improve service quality.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Good persuasive and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong time management and multitasking ability.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Fresher or 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
