Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales leads or follow up on enquiries.
Answer incoming calls / messages from customers interested in Cannalogic's products / services, provide product information, resolve queries.
Demonstrate and explain features and benefits of Cannalogic's product range (i.e. hemp oil / extracts / supplements / wellness-products) to customers.
Achieve daily / weekly / monthly targets for number of calls, sales conversion, revenue.
Maintain and update CRM systems or sales database with accurate customer details, call records, follow-ups.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g. production, delivery, customer support) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Provide feedback from customers about product interest, concerns, or market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum education: High school / secondary (plus additional studies an advantage).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English / Hindi (or local language) and good listening skills.
Basic computer literacy: ability to use phone systems, spreadsheets, CRM tools.
Pleasant phone manner: persistent, patient, persuasive.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Prior experience in telecalling / sales / customer service preferred but not always required.
Knowledge or interest in wellness / herbal / hemp-based health products is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
