Tele Sales Executive - Male Candidates Only.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with potential customers over the phone. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about our products/services, and helping to generate sales or lead opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

Make Outbound Calls:

Reach out to potential customers to inform them about products/services, answer inquiries, and follow up on leads.

Inbound Call Handling:

Answer inbound calls, providing relevant information and resolving queries in a professional and efficient manner.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive relationship through regular communication and follow-ups.

Achieve Targets:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly call quotas and sales targets set by management.

Provide Product Information:

Educate potential customers about the benefits of the product or service, answering any questions they may have.

Data Collection:

Gather customer feedback and insights during calls to identify trends and improve service delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role (previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus). Excellent verbal communication skills in

Malayalam

(fluency required) and

basic Tamil

(ability to understand and converse is required). Ability to engage with customers, address their needs, and influence decisions. Goal-oriented, with the ability to meet performance metrics and sales targets. Basic computer skills Strong listening skills and patience. Ability to handle rejection gracefully and remain motivated.

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus). Previous experience in telesales. Knowledge of the industry or market you will be calling into.
