Job Summary:



We are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to be a part of our Admissions team in Hyderabad. The primary responsibility will be to reach out to prospective students and parents, effectively communicating the value of our academic programs, and guiding them through the initial stages of the admission process. You will be the first point of contact and play a crucial role in shaping their perception of the university.

Key Responsibilities:



Outbound Calling:

Initiate outbound calls to a database of prospective students (leads) generated through various channels.

Counseling & Guidance:

Understand the academic background and career aspirations of students to provide accurate information about relevant courses and programs offered by MBU.

Lead Nurturing:

Build a strong rapport with prospects, address their queries, and nurture them through the admissions funnel.

Admission Process:

Explain the admission procedure, eligibility criteria, important deadlines, and fee structure clearly.

Follow-ups:

Conduct consistent and timely follow-up calls, emails, and messages to convert leads into applicants.

Database Management:

Accurately update and maintain the CRM system with all call outcomes, student interactions, and status updates.

Achieving Targets:

Meet and exceed individual and team targets for calls, qualified leads, and application conversions.

Feedback:

Gather and report feedback from the market to the management team to help improve our outreach strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Education:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience:

0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Language Skills:

Mandatory:

Excellent command of spoken and written

English

Highly Desirable:

Proficiency in

Hindi

Desirable:

Speaking Kannada and Tamil

Communication:

Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, confident, and persuasive phone voice.

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong listening skills, patience, and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

Technical Proficiency:

Basic knowledge of MS Office and the ability to quickly learn and use CRM software.
