Introduce PLUMCOT IT ERP & POS software in a clear and simple manner
Identify customer requirements and qualify leads
Schedule demos, meetings, or webinars with interested prospects
2. Lead Follow-Up & Coordination
Follow up on enquiries received from social media, website, campaigns, and referrals
Update lead status and follow-up notes in CRM / Excel
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams
Ensure no lead is missed and proper follow-up is maintained
3. Customer Review & Feedback Collection
Collect customer reviews via Google, WhatsApp, voice, or text
Guide customers on how to post reviews
Collect feedback on software usage and service quality
Report customer concerns or issues to the relevant team
4. Webinar Coordination
Call and invite leads and existing customers for product webinars
Confirm registrations and send reminders (call / WhatsApp)
Assist in webinar attendance tracking and post-webinar follow-ups
Collect feedback from webinar participants
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily call reports and follow-up records
Track review collection and webinar participation data
Submit regular performance and activity reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication skills (English / Hindi / Malayalam / Tamil - any one or more)
Confidence in speaking to customers over the phone
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Web, Email)
Ability to handle objections and follow up professionally
Organized, disciplined, and target-oriented
Preferred Candidate
Experience in IT software / ERP / POS companies
Familiar with customer handling and lead management
Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
