Telecalling Associate

who can engage potential clients over phone calls and assist them with our legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our legal services Handle incoming calls and respond to client queries promptly and professionally Understand client needs and guide them through appropriate legal services Maintain a record of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups Share qualified leads with the legal team for further consultation Follow up with clients to ensure documentation and service progress Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with care Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any field Freshers can also apply Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office is preferred Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus Ability to understand and explain basic legal services (training will be provided)
