Identity Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Tele calling Academic Counsellor to join who will be responsible for As a Tele calling Academic Counsellor, be the first point of contact for prospective students, providing information about academic programs, guiding them through the enrollment process, and offering personalized academic advice to help them achieve their educational and career goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Make inbound & outbound calls to prospective students and parents' inquiry. Provide detailed information on academic programs, courses. & available career options Counsel students on their career options based on their interests and qualifications. Assist students with the enrollment process and documentation. Follow up with leads to ensure completion of enrollment. Maintain and update the database of student interactions. Stay updated with academic program offerings and industry trends. Bachelor's & Master's degree in MBA / Physiology & any discipline; education-related field is a plus. Proven experience as a tele caller or similar customer service & tele calling counsellor role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Engling Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure. Attentive to details and well-organized. Goal-oriented and capable of meeting 7 counselling sections
