We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecaller - Sales with fluent English communication skills to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries.
Present, promote, and explain company products/services over the phone.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with leads to ensure conversion into sales.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and call quotas.
Maintain records of calls and customer information in CRM.
Collaborate with the sales team for closing deals.
Requirements:
Excellent
fluency in English communication
(verbal & written).
Minimum qualification
: Graduate with strong communication skills.
Good persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge
