Role Overview:



The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information about Aasha Ayurveda Hospital's treatments and services, assisting patients with appointment booking, and ensuring excellent patient experience through polite and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:Patient Communication & Support



Handle inbound calls and respond to patient queries about treatments, consultations, and services. Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and promotional campaigns. Provide clear information about Ayurvedic therapies, doctor availability, timings, and packages (after training). Assist patients with appointment booking, rescheduling, and confirmations.

Data Management



Maintain accurate records of patient calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in the system. Update patient details and ensure proper documentation for every interaction. Coordinate with the reception, doctors, and management team for smooth patient flow.

Customer Service Excellence



Maintain a polite, empathetic, and patient-friendly tone. Resolve concerns professionally and escalate complex cases to the concerned department. Ensure each caller receives a positive experience with Aasha Ayurveda Hospital.

Sales & Marketing Support



Inform patients about ongoing health packages, seasonal therapies, and hospital offers. Support basic lead conversion through effective communication and follow-up.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Front Desk Executive, or Customer Support role (hospital/clinic experience preferred). Good communication skills in

Telugu, Hindi, and English

. Ability to explain treatments and hospital services clearly (training will be provided). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM/ERP entry). Patient-friendly attitude and strong listening skills. Ability to handle high call volume with patience and professionalism.

Preferred Attributes:



Experience working in Ayurveda or healthcare sector. Pleasant voice and confident telephone etiquette. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
