Company Description KSL Cleantech Limited, Authorized Channel Partner of Adani Solar, is a fast-emerging Clean Technologies and Solar Power Company with a presence across India and abroad. They design, build, and operate solar photovoltaic systems and plants ranging from kilowatt scale to megawatt scale. They offer a complete range of solutions, including design, engineering, supply, installation, financing, operation, and maintenance. With over 400+ Solar Power Plant installations across the country over the past decade, they are constantly evolving into new and emerging Cleantech areas, such as Water Systems, Electric Mobility, and Storage Systems. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Callers position located in Kolkata. The Tele Callers will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the benefits of solar power systems, providing assessments and cost savings details, finalizing projects on a turnkey basis, arranging financing for Solar Power Plants, and offering after-sales service and maintenance. Qualifications conducting outbound calls Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English and regional language(s) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in the solar industry is a plus Bachelor\'s degree
