Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Making calls to potential customers to generate leads, promote products or services, and build relationships.
Inbound Calls: Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support.
Sales and Lead Generation: Pitching products or services, understanding customer needs, and closing sales deals.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up with customers, and updating customer databases.
Problem Solving: Addressing customer concerns and finding solutions to their issues.
Meeting Targets: Achieving daily/weekly call targets and sales goals.
Skills:
Multi Languages:
Telugu, English, Hindi
Excellent Communication Skills:
Clear and persuasive verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport.
Sales Skills:
Understanding sales techniques, closing deals, and managing objections.
Customer Service Skills:
Providing empathetic and helpful service, resolving complaints, and maintaining a positive attitude.
Organization and Time Management:
Managing multiple calls, keeping accurate records, and prioritizing tasks.
