Tele Caller-cum-Admission Executive
who can effectively interact with students and parents, guide them about academic programs, and support the admission process with professionalism and empathy.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate (any stream)
Experience in
telecalling, admissions, education counselling or sales
will be an advantage
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi & English
Confident, polite and student-friendly approach
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, CRM)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound admission-related calls
Counsel students and parents about courses, eligibility & fee structure
Generate and follow up admission leads
Maintain accurate enquiry, call and admission records
Coordinate with the admission & academic teams
Support admission campaigns and achieve assigned targets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Haridwar, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
