Job Overview:
We are hiring Telecallers for a real estate firm to handle lead calling, client
follow-ups, and basic customer coordination. The role focuses on converting
inquiries into site visits and assisting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to real estate leads.
Explain property projects, price ranges, and basic details.
Maintain follow-up calls and build client interest.
Handle basic client queries politely and professionally.
Update call records and lead status in CRM/Excel.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
Confident and presentable attitude.
Real estate telecalling experience is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication can also apply.
