Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller who will be responsible for contacting potential business clients, explaining WorkBuds' digital services, generating interest, and converting inquiries into successful sales. The ideal candidate must be confident, target-driven, and passionate about helping businesses grow through digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Make
outbound calls
to potential leads and introduce WorkBuds' digital services.
Handle
inbound inquiries
and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
Clearly explain offerings such as
website development, app development, hosting services, product development, creative content writing, corporate branding and other digital solutions
.
Identify client needs and match them with the right digital services.
Maintain follow-up calls and ensure timely closures.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business.
Achieve
weekly/monthly sales targets
and conversion goals.
Required Skills
Excellent
communication skills
in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Strong
persuasion, negotiation, and listening
skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
Prior experience in
telecalling, lead generation, or telesales
(preferred).
Basic understanding of
web/app development
or digital services.
Ability to handle objections and convert interest into sales.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.

Pay: ₹8,557.18 - ₹20,000.00 per month
