Telecaller process associate"

candidate to join our team.

:

Both Freshers/ Exp candidates preferred

1. Identify and observe the knowledge about the products and service by the concern.

2. Manage product catalogs on e-commerce platforms.

3. Perform script (with some necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales.

4. Ensure clients from the order is to be personal or resale.

5. Demonstrate our products with sales data to prospective clients, and close sales deals with clients.

6. Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings are to thank, to identify the areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

7. Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation.

8. Refer customer complaints to production & despatch team for quality control.

9. Record SKU details to update production unit for despatch and inventory stock maintenance.

10. To maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in our database.

Skill Requirements:

Active listening and proficient Communication. Making Inbound & outbound calls. Situational Handling. Customer satisfaction.
