We are seeking enthusiastic and confident Telecaller with strong communication skills to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers/clients, explaining our products or services, and maintaining good relationships with them.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers and introduce company services/products.
Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
Maintain records of calls and update customer information in the system.
Follow up with leads and convert them into opportunities.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Provide accurate information to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
What we're looking for:
Education: Any Graduate Like ( MBA, BBA, B.COM, BA )
Strong verbal communication skills.
Good listening and persuasive skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during calls.
