Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to promote and sell our website development, digital marketing, and software solutions. The role involves making outbound calls, generating leads, and converting them into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our services (website design, SEO, social media marketing, software solutions, etc.) Generate leads and maintain a database of potential clients. Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate solutions. Follow up with interested leads to close sales. Achieve monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions. Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in CRM.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role. Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Basic understanding of digital marketing, website development, and software services. Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
