We are seeking a motivated and energetic Tele caller to join our office in Ujjain. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products/services, and providing excellent customer support over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries.
Provide information about products/services and resolve customer queries.
Answer incoming calls and handle customer support professionally.
Maintain an updated database of leads and call reports.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10+2 or equivalent (Graduate preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.
Previous experience in tele calling or customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to work 6 days a week from the office in Ujjain.
